Biography
Dr. Gregory served as a full-time Senior Pastor for thirty-one years before returning to the academic world where he has been both a professor of Old Testament and the Interim Director of a Divinity School. Since 2022 Dr. Gregory has been serving as Professor of Old Testament and Dean of Temple Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife have spoken at pastor and pastor’s wives conferences in Guatemala and Panama; and Dr. Gregory has served as an adjunct professor in Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras.
His area of speciality is the Old Testament History, Literature, and Languages, but he has a deep desire to equip and train pastors so he often teaches ministry courses at TBTS. He is the author of three academic works, one of which is his textbook for Biblical Hebrew, and two fiction novels. In addition, he is the host of the TBTS podcast called "Ministry Merge" which can be found under the resources tab of the TBTS website.
